Browsing the Berkman Buzz (Berkman Center for Internet & Society – Harvard University) we came upon two articles of special interest that were mentioned:

  • Mega Uh-Oh by Wayne Marshall who in his blog, discusses his recent article in the Boston Phoenix Mega Up Yours (Wayne shares his thoughts on the recent Megaupload “bust”).

They say that timing is everything?  If SOPA and PIPA were passed, the US real estate and overall economic meltdown might pale in comparison to what could happen to the Internet global economy?

We wonder how that might affect the publishing/recording/movie/etc/etc industry profit picture?
